Production & Shipping:
Prints and other non-clothing artworks are shipped by me personally. I am a one-woman store, so processing can be up to one week from ordering (although I aim to get them out faster!)
I ship using Royal Mail Tracked, which aims for 24hr delivery once shipped in the UK, but can take up to several weeks for international, depending on location. Once the item leaves the UK it is outside my control, although I always do my best to help resolve shipping issues within my power. I am careful to ensure I prep my orders for customs but unfortunately I cannot cover any fees or duties due at your destination country.
Clothing is made to order unless otherwise stated, through my print partner Printful. Made to order keeps waste under control and allows me to have wider variations in design! The knits take up to 14 days for production before shipping, so please do be aware of the wait times.
Refunds & Returns:
I am not able to offer returns for sizing issues – please do pay attention to dimensions in the product descriptions.
If there is a problem with your item on receipt, please contact me as soon as you can with full details and I will endeavour to help resolve the issue.
